Getting started with care at McAfee Chiropractic is easy and convenient! We’ll send you new patient paperwork that you can complete online prior to your first visit, or you can come in a few minutes early to complete the forms here in our office—whichever you prefer.
NEW PATIENT PAPERWORK

Your First Visit

When you arrive at our warm, inviting office, our friendly front desk staff will welcome you and help with any paperwork and insurance. Then, you’ll meet with your chiropractor, who will sit down and discuss your health history, what has prompted you to seek care, and your health goals.

We will then conduct a thorough examination to determine the underlying cause of your condition and if our approach is right for you. This exam may include X-rays if the doctor thinks they are needed to confirm a diagnosis (we do not X-ray pregnant women).

If we can’t help you, we’ll refer you to the right type of provider for your situation. Otherwise, we will get you scheduled for your follow-up visit. Plan to be with us for about 20 minutes for your initial appointment.

Your Second Visit

Whenever possible, we’ll schedule your follow-up visit within a day or two. Your chiropractor will explain the findings from your exams and X-rays, outlining the cause of your pain or other symptoms and their recommendations for your custom care plan.

You’ll receive your first adjustment at this visit, and the entire visit will take about 30 minutes.

Ongoing Visits

Depending on your unique circumstances, your regular appointments may include healing therapies in addition to chiropractic adjustments. These appointments last approximately 20 minutes.
